We build upon our learnings from schematic design by selecting the specific materials to be used, further developing the interior architectural elements, and narrowing down our options for decorative lighting and hardware. How we present these ideas to you varies; some projects can be conveyed through hand sketches while others require 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings. The timeline for this phase depends largely on the complexity of the project, but we will work with you to determine what will work best for your project. Nestled in the heart of Old West Austin's historic district, renowned for its colonial-style homes and quaint bungalows, our latest interior design project expertly combines the traditional with the modern.

We’ll also talk about budget and timeline, so that you know what to expect. Our batch powder coating department has the flexibility to process larger parts or small quantity runs. Parts are cleaned and phosphated in our two-stage cabinet washer, then powder coated in one of two booths; depending on the size of the part. Our conveyor powder coating systems provide highly efficient coating applications while processing large quantity runs. Cleaning and phosphating are done in a four-stage spray washer enabling excellent adhesion.

Previously in her career, she successfully managed and designed large-scale commercial interior design and architecture projects as the Interior Designer for the Air Force Academy. She and her firm have extensive experience in Residential, Multi-family, Student Living, Commercial Offices, Hospitality, as well as Governmental and Higher Educational projects. She currently serves on the Advisory Council for the University of Texas School of Architecture and supports education about health, wellness, and sustainability as related to the built environment. She resides in Austin, TX in a LEED Platinum certified home with her family.

Nadia has been with TBG since Summer of 2022 as a lifestyle manager. Being in Atlanta almost her entire life, she grew up closely working alongside her dad who has embedded himself in the real estate world since the late 80’s. The Atlanta charm and seeing how quickly a space could transform sparked her interest in our line of work. Graduating from Georgia College in 2019 with a science degree, she merged the precision, communication, and forward thinking tools back into this industry where her roots were. A self-proclaimed decluttering expert, Nadia is your go-to girl for giving you clarity and peace of mind as you sort through the most chaotic of spaces. In her free time, you’ll most likely find Nadia hiking up a new mountain, playing with her dog Charlie, or searching out new coffee shops.
